Supplement to Offering Memorandum
In conjunction with the issuance of CP Series 2023A on May 18, 2023, the Trustees of Indiana University will have a First Amendment to Addendum to the Issuing and Paying Agency between the Issuer and the Paying Agent dated as of May 1, 2023 (the “Amendment”) which increases the maximum authorized amount of Notes from $125,000,000 to $200,000,000. Upon receipt of the requisite amount of Noteholder consent, the Amendment shall be effective.
